Lassi, from the Sanskrit word Lasika, is a traditional South Asian dahi or yogurt-based beverage. There are at least 4 different variations on the basic theme, including salted lassi, masala lassi, bhang or cannabis-infused lassi and, of course, sweet lassi, like the one we are making here. Or, perhaps, we should say sweet 'n' sour lassi, in light of the tropical fruits and the Adapt2It Superfood Soothie Blend. We also used almond milk instead of water, for an even creamier texture. The result is a refreshing, relaxing, reinvigorating way to start or end your day.
