About this Recipe
Lassi, from the Sanskrit "Lasika," is a traditional South Asian dahi or yogurt-based beverage. There are at least 4 different variations on the basic theme, including salted lassi, masala lassi, bhang or cannabis-infused lassi and, of course, sweet lassi, like the one we are making here. Or, perhaps, I should say sweet 'n' sour lassi, in light of the tropical fruits and the turmeric and other earthy adaptogens in the Adapt2It Superfood Soothie Blend.
